About the archaeological excavations

As part of a development project, the State may require the project developer to conduct preventive archaeological excavations to collect and analyze the site's remains. Upon completion of the excavations, an operation report is submitted to the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs (DRAC), and the remains are preserved in specialized centers and analyzed. Pursuant to the Prefectural Orders of September 19, 2024, and April 4, 2025, archaeological excavations are being carried out at the project site, covering an area of ​​nearly 6 hectares
